- Create a question template centered on incidents, constraints, design decisions, and lessons learned.
- Define consent, attribution, editing, transcript, and publication workflow.
- Connect each interview to relevant lessons without treating anecdotes as universal architecture.
Acceptance criteria
- Questions elicit practical detail rather than product promotion or generic career advice.
- Interviewees can review quotations and sensitive details before publication.
- Vendor-specific practices are labeled with time and context.
- Each published interview stands on its own while linking back to the course.
